Meet Our team
Gresham Hill sat in his room deeply depressed. It was 1999. He was halfway through his MBA at the University of Alabama and had landed his dream internship at Proctor and Gamble in Cincinnati. But something was wrong. He was not fulfilled.
It was at that very moment that his phone rang and on the other line was a good friend. His friend was traveling and speaking around the country and together, they decided to start an organization for speakers. This was the inspiration Gresham needed. A few months later, he co-founded a faith-based, non-profit organization that managed five talented groups that ranged from speakers to music artists to even a magician.
Gresham went on to receive his MBA in 2000 and immediately went to work full-time for the organization he had co-founded. In 2003, while remaining Executive Director of the non-profit, he decided to start his own company, Gresham Hill Management, Inc. in order to develop events and better manage speakers and artists who inspire others.
In 2009, he left the non-profit world and soon after added a speakers’ bureau to his organization that he now called Gresham Hill, Inc. The speakers’ bureau expanded to represent artists and entertainers as well. Today, Gresham’s passion is serving speakers, artists, athletes, and entertainers that inspire him although he’ll tell you that his real fulfillment in life is found in God and in his life in Franklin, TN with his beautiful wife and two daughters.
VP of Music
Johnny Ellett is an artist manager that works with a wide variety of talent and music genres. He spent the first ten years of his career tour managing various artist from Tenth Avenue North, Frank Ocean, The Mavericks, The Band Perry and more. He is passionate about the live experience and helping artists connect with their audience. He and his wife Rosa love traveling, volunteering at the West Nashville Dream Center, and their three pups.
Director of Advancing / Day-to-Day Manager
Annie was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV and made Nashville, TN home in the fall of 2010. She has 12+ years of experience working with churches, faith based nonprofits and other organizations. Annie always looks forward to spending time with her husband, Scott, both on and off the road. In her free time she enjoys traveling, live events, student ministry, photography, DIY projects, baseball and aunt life.
Director of Advancement
Karolyn Olson is from the state of Wisconsin. She specializes in keeping events organized and running smoothly. Karolyn has a gift for administration. Her background as a Ministry Coordinator in a large church has given her inside knowledge of how to help make your event run smoothly from promotion to travel logistics to tech details. Ginny is the Administrative Assistant to our wonderful staff. Each day her attention to detail and great attitude help support our team in our goal to inspire audiences all over the world. Ginny is married and the mom of two great children and a wonderful daughter-in-law. When she is not working, Ginny enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
